Baker Recovery is Fully Licensed, Bonded, Certified and Insured

Baker Recovery, Inc. adheres to all compliance standards of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. We utilize Compass Consulting for our Policy Procedure Manual that each employee acknowledges by reading and signing. In addition, we have the following employee requirements:

• Undergo Drug Testing
• Check Motor Vehicle Records
• Extensive Background Checks before hire

Baker Recovery is fully licensed, bonded, certified and insured. Our insurance policy is comprehensive repossession coverage through Harding Brooks Insurance Agency. We are Certified Recovery Agents by completing the RSIG certification course, and C.A.R.S. training program through RISC.

We are also members of the major trade associations - Allied Finance Adjusters and the American Recovery Association, and have completed their training and inspection requirements.
